How much do you charge for delivery?

• All online orders placed on this website are delivered free of charge to UK addresses. If you live outside the UK, please contact us for an overseas shipping quote.
• Orders placed by post, email, fax and phone attract the following delivery charges: £3.00 for the first book/CD-ROM, plus £2.00 for each additional book/CD-ROM (up to a maximum charge of £7 per order). These rates are for delivery within the UK. 
• There are no delivery charges for our downloadable eBooks, digital resources and subscriptions - anywhere in the world! 

When will my order arrive?

• UK orders are normally despatched within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days.
• You will be sent an email to confirm despatch of your order.
• If you have one, we recommend that you arrange for delivery to a work or business address since the majority of our parcels will not fit through a standard letter box.
• Delivery times for international orders vary - you will receive a delivery estimate with your quotation.
